Baalo ki iss samasya se bachne ke liye aapko neeche di gayi saare rules ko follow karna padega agar aapne in sabhi rules ko ache se follow kr liya to yakin maniye aapke baalo ki samasya jar se khatm ho jayegi.To chaliye jante hai wo saare rules kya hai:-


  • 1.Sabse pehle aapko bahar ka Junk Food khana bilkul bhi band kar de kyuki Junk  Food me Vitamin ,Minerals or Fibre boht he kam matra me hoti hai jo ki humare body ke liye kaafi nahi hai or sabse badi chij aise khano me Fat boht jyada matra me hoti hai jiske karan pet se judi bimari paida hoti hai. 
  • 2.Daily 3-4 liters paani jarur piye kyu paani peene se pet se judi lagbhag sabhi bimari lagbhag khatm h jati hai. Paani ek aisa wardaan hai jisse humare boht si bimariyo ko paida nahi hone deti hai.
  • 3.Jitna ho sake aapko hari sabjiyo ka sewan karna chahiye or saath he aise fruits bhi khaye jisme Vitamin C,Vitamin E or Vitamin A uplabdh ho.
  • 4.Rojana raat me sone se pehle balo me tel se massaj jarur kare or tel aisa le jisme Vitamin E ho or agar aapko nahi pata kon sa tel istemal kare to aap simple ek Coconut oil (Nariyal ka tel) le aur usme Vitamin E Capsules daal de (ye capsules aapko kisi bhi medical store me mil jayegi ) fir ise apne baalo me lagaye or fir subah me dho le.
  • Note:-Agar aapko pehle din kisi bhi tarah ke sar me jalan ya fir kuch or side effect hoti hai to aap iska itemal nahi kare.
  • 5.Baalo me Sabun ka istemal nahi kare isse Dandruff hone ka chance boht badh jati hai agar possible ho to aap medical store se Dandruff free shampoo le aur uska istmaal saptah (week) me 2 baar kare.
  • Note:-Shampoo me 2% Ketoconazole jarur hona chahiye aap check jarur kar le.
                 
Ye upar diye gaye 5 rules ko agar aapne kam se kam 1 mahine (Month) ke liye bhi achhe tarike se follow kar liya to aapko sirf iss ek mahine me he antar (Difference) saaf nazar aayega .Iske baad aap khud he iss routine ko follow karne lagenge. Ab ye aapke upar nirbhar karta hai ki aap apne baalo ke liye kya ye sab kar sakte hai ya nahi.
Dosto agar aapko ye article pasand aaya to iss article ko apne dosto or relatatives ke saath bhi jarur share kare taaki wo bhi apni samasya ko door kar sake.
